Dimana konsep ini sesuai dengan pandangan kaum muslimin tentang makna “halalan-toyyiban”. Dalam pandangan ini berarti pemilihan sumber yang aman , bersih, pengelolaan bahan makananyang sesuai syariat, srta penanganan, produksi penyimpanan, pengangkutan serta penyerahan yang juga sesuai dengan syariat islam.

Halal logistic sendiri berarti Proses mengelola pengadaan, pergerakan, penyimpanan, dan penanganan material, ternak, dan persediaan barang setengah jadi baik makanan dan bukan makanan bersama dengan informasi terkait dan aliran dokumentasi melalui organisasi peruahaan dan rantai pasok yang patuh terhadap prinsip-prinsip umum syariah. Halal logistic ini merupaka suatu system yang mendasarkann pada pemisahan dan bukan pada deteksi atau kecurigaan semata. Tujuan dari pemisahan antara produk halal dan dengan non halal adalah buntuk :

·         Menghindari terjadinya kontaminasi atas barang – barang

·         Menghindari penangan barang yang salah

·         Memastikan konsistensi penanganan halal yang sebagaimana diharapkan oleh umat muslim

Dalam halal logistic terdapat kegiatan pengendalian kehalalan suatau produk atau barang dan adanya kegiatan untuk menjamin suatu prroduk atau brang tersebut halal dalam rantai pasok.

Halal supply chain

Pengelolaan rantai pasokan halal (= kinerja supply chain halal) harus EFEKTIF (mengatasi kualitas proses serta meminimalkan limbah), EFISIEN (biaya rendah dan pemanfaatan tinggi aset dedicated) dan KOKOH (menolak halal sedikit dan ketersediaan tinggi dari aset halal).

  is very clearly separated with signs and / or color of its own limits

• Refrigerated rooms available separated from non-Halal through the wall or 
  isolated in freezer containers (refrigerated storage) for Halal products which need to 
  freezing conditions









Transportation (Transportation) Halal Products
• Vehicles transporting halal products must be cleaned (hygiene) before use trans-
   porting kosher products in accordance with applicable health or the provisions of law that
  have been determined if the vehicle has been used to transport non-Halal products (of unkno
  wn provenance previous item).
• Do not mix items with Non-Halal Halal in the case of transport in bulk, in order 
  to avoid anything that contaminates the Halal products (Impure)
• Do not place items Halal and non-Halal in the media (pallet, etc.)
• Provide additional safety packaging (tertiary packaging) if forced to mix Haulage 
   Halal and non-Halal in one mode of transport.

demand for halal products from the product in the form of food and non-food, the 
demand is increasing due to the majority of Muslims.

The government needs to support logistics players in Indonesia to implement and
obtain certification of "Halal logistics" so that it can play a role mastered supply chain of 
halal products in the world.
